Reducing waste to the minimum, improving reuse, efficient waste collection, implementing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs, enhancing reuse and recycling, as well as reducing landfill disposal, are effective solutions for improving resource efficiency. Such practices could strengthen the market for secondary raw materials in Montenegro and integrate these resources into the circular economy.
